Request account deletion

We’re sorry to see you go. Use this page to request permanent deletion of your RANGIS account and any personal data associated with it.

Important: To help us find your account, include the email you used to sign up and your RANGIS user ID (if available).

Step 1 — Send deletion request by email

Click the button below to open a pre-filled email to our support team. Replace [your-email@example.com] and add your user id if you know it, then send the message.

Step 2 — What happens next

After we receive your request we will verify ownership and permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. We'll reply to the email you used to confirm the deletion.

If you prefer, provide your request inside the app

Open the RANGIS app → Settings → Account → Delete account. If you have trouble, use the email button above.
